The property is waterfront and includes a dock, please supervise children near the water. An exterior security camera is located at the front of the home and faces outward only.

WATERFRONT AND DOCK The home sits directly on Ochlockonee Bay with a private beach and dock. The waterfront is beautiful and accessible, but please supervise children near the water at all times. If you plan to bring a boat or use the dock or boat lift, contact us before arrival so we can go over any details and make sure everything is ready for you. KAYAKS Two kayaks are available for guest use. Paddles and life vests are provided. Life vests must be worn on the water at all times. Use at your own risk and be mindful of conditions. QUIET SETTING This is a residential waterfront neighborhood. The property is not set up for parties or large gatherings. Guests looking for a peaceful, low-key stay will feel right at home here. SECURITY CAMERA An exterior security camera is located at the front of the home. It faces outward only and does not monitor any interior spaces. PARKING On-site parking is available in the gravel driveway. Maximum 3 vehicles.
